Restaurants for a nice Sunday lunch can sometimes be hard to find. One where you get a good piece of meat even harder. In Gracia you can find an Argentinian grill called Los Asadores that will serve you lots of delicious food for a very reasonable price.

My favourite for the starters are the provolone, a typical argentinian dish that consists of cheese made in the oven:

And the chorizos a la llama (little flambéed sausages):

The main courses are VERY generous, my favourite is the solomillo (fillet of veal). The courses come on a big wooden plate with a grilled potato, delicious to eat with alioli.

The lamb ribs are so tender:

I won’t even start with the desserts, they have homemade tiramisu, crepes with dulce de leche, cream and chocolate sauce, chocolate mousse…

I do recommend to  stay clear from the house wine, choose instead any of the Argentinian or Spanish wines on the wine list.

The restaurant is often frequented by famous people, and the walls are full of greetings from the patrons:

The restaurant is very child-friendly and is used to big groups, but do book a table in advance.
