This will never be a food blog, but I do want to share with you a recipe that is very easy and very tasty.
What you need is:
100 g butter
100 g After Eight mints
2 dl sugar
2 1/2 dl flour
2 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
150 g After Eight mints
Melt the butter. Once melted add the mints and stir until it’s mixed.
Mix eggs and sugar until fluffy. Add the butter-mint mix.
Mix flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Add to the mix above.
Pour into a round pan and put in the oven for 18 minutes in 175 degrees Celsius.
Take out the brownie, put the mints for the icing on top. Put the cake back in the oven for 5 minutes. When you take it out smooth the icing so that it’s even.
